Our services are tailored based on individual client requirements and will be agreed upon in writing through formal proposals or agreements.
Payments & Billing
- All project costs will be shared in advance through a quotation or invoice.
- Payments must be made as per the mutually agreed schedule (advance, milestone, or post-completion).
- No work will commence without initial payment unless explicitly agreed.
- Delay in payments may result in paused or cancelled services.
Project Timelines
- Timelines for delivery will be shared based on project complexity.
- Delays due to incomplete information, client-side feedback, or approvals are not the responsibility of Velhan Advertising.
- We strive to deliver on time but cannot guarantee absolute deadlines in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Revisions & Approvals
- The number of design revisions will be specified in the project proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be chargeable.
- Final approvals must be provided in writing (email confirmation is acceptable).
Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All final approved designs, websites, and creative assets belong to the client after full payment.
- Velhan retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or for promotional purposes.
- All unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Velhan Advertising.
Confidentiality
- All client data, business information, and strategies are treated with strict confidentiality.
- Velhan will not share or misuse any confidential information without explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Velhan Advertising is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Results from digital marketing campaigns or social media efforts are influenced by multiple factors and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once work has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be possible depending on the stage of delivery.
- In case of cancellation, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Modifications to Terms
- Velhan Advertising reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
